"Goodbye Until Tomorrow"

Marj, the "7th roommate," had her final week in NYC, finishing her rounds at Mt. Sinai Hospital. She left Friday morning, and we at Apartment 7 miss her SO much ALREADY! She was here for 4 weeks, over half the time we've been here, so it definitely feels as if we're missing part of the household! She is, however, coming back in less than a month for some interviews, so she'll be back before we know it! And currently, she would rather be where she is because she is in Europe, visiting her sister who is studying abroad! Oh gosh, what a tough life, going from New York City to Europe!

So here are 5 reasons why we miss Marj:

1. She was our in-house accompanist and could play the piano with the best of 'em! We would have roomie sing-a-long nights a least 2 times a weeks where she would jam out on the keyboard and we would sing, and usually it would be to our favorite composer, Jason Robert Brown. She also would play my audition music so I could rehearse before auditions!

2. She was always ready and willing to see a show! We saw several together and I love going to see shows with her because I love hearing what she has to say about them! She also liked going to catch a Happy Hour before a show, just like me hahaha!

3. She was always about a "Heels Party." When I came back from Boston, I was home for 5 minutes and she said, "Ashlee, go put on some random clothes and a pair of heels. We're having a Heels Party!" It was the most random and spontaneous bit of fun!!!

4. She has one of the best senses of humor! When Marj and Aundrey would have a conversation, the would go back and forth and every word that came out of their mouths made everyone just double over with laughter!

5. She is meant to live in NYC. She wants to be here and we know she belongs here with us! We all hope that when she graduates medical school in May, that she will have a job that will bring her to stay in NYC!
